In case of inclement weather, please contact the office to verify the status of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify our office 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time should it become necessary to cancel your appointment. We understand that unexpected situations may occur but we ask for your assistance in this regard.

LO-A MD PA reserves the right to charge $60 for a missed appointment that is not cancelled 24 hours in advance with our office.

Appointment Confirmation Policy
New patient appointments booked online will be confirmed by our receptionist. Please provide a contact number online that you check regularly. If we cannot confirm the appointment within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
